All sales are final
All purchases made through Studio 888 — including one-time digital reports, share packs, subscriptions, and add-ons — are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Digital products
Our reports, maps, PDFs, CSVs, and any other downloadable or viewable deliverables are digital products delivered instantly. Because of their nature, we cannot process refunds after delivery.
Subscriptions
Subscription charges are recurring and non-refundable. You may cancel anytime from your account settings, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.

Please review the free archetype preview and report descriptions carefully. If you have questions about what is included in a report or subscription, contact us before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
The only exception is if a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing a product you paid for and our support team cannot restore access within 14 days. In that case we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement.
